Helpdesk and Technical Support
Our Contact Centre team is also available to answer technical questions in a professional manner. Agents combine deep technical knowledge with sophisticated communication skills. Customer Service Management
Should an agent be unable to resolve a problem over the phone, e.g. where a mechanical device is faulty, the agent
is able to issue a trouble ticket and forward it to one of
your technicians.

They are also able to schedule a service visit with the customer directly over the phone (taking into account the most appropriate route for the service engineer) 24 hours a day or when your own call centre is short of capacity.

As a further step, integration with your IT systems is also possible. This allows you to improve the efficiency of your service management and to increase response times.
