Bosch Communication Center opens New Site in Deventer, The Netherlands (German version only) Nijmegen/The Netherlands, April 30, 2009 – Bosch Communication Center opens a second site in Deventer, The Netherlands, on May 1st 2009. The additional location besides the Nijmegen headquarters is a direct result of the strong growth of Bosch Communication Center in The Netherlands over the last years. With multimedia-based services in telemarketing and business support services, Bosch supports its continuously growing group of clients in the customer services area. To begin with, 74 associates will be employed in Deventer.
Cirque du Soleil chooses Bosch Communication Center for Customer Services in Europe Frankfurt, April 7, 2009 – The Canadian Circus Cirque du Soleil – renowned for providing top-class artistic entertainment for many years – turns to Bosch Communication Center for sales support and customer care. The Bosch agents provide detailed information regarding program contents and are responsible for reservations and ticket sales. The service repertoire also includes a team of specially trained associates who offer specifically targeted VIP care for business customers.
Bosch Communication Center at Call Center World 2009 Berlin, February 11, 2009 – Bosch Communication Center will present itself from February 17-19, 2009 at the 11th Call Center World exhibition in Berlin under the motto, "Business Process Outsourcing – National and International." Visitors can experience a range of services offered by a high-quality provider of Business Process Outsourcing solutions in Hall 4, Stand A 20/22. Robert Bosch GmbH charges Bosch Communication Center with its Technical Helpdesk Robert Bosch GmbH has delegated to the Bosch Communication Center the operation of its technical helpdesk in the EMEA region. Thereby Bosch Communication Center stood up to well-known competitors. Bosch employees handle over 40,000 inquiries, malfunction reports and orders regarding IT every month. This service is offered in eight languages - German, English, French, Spanish, Turkish, Italian, Hungarian and Czech – from two sites, namely Berlin (Germany) and Timisoara (Romania). Besides an improvement in service quality in the medium and long term, Robert Bosch GmbH has increased cost savings, especially due to the 2-site-concept.
